Before You Write
Five lines that get you a real price instead of a range
Most enquiries we receive say “please quote your tin boxes”. That costs both of us a round trip. If you can answer these, the first reply you get will already contain a number.
1. Size and shape
Length, width and height in millimetres, or the volume you need to hold. A photo or a link to something similar works just as well.
2. Quantity
Your first order and your likely annual volume. We quote from 200 pieces, but the price per unit changes sharply with quantity.
3. What goes inside
Food, candles, cosmetics or hardware. This decides the interior lacquer, the certification you need, and whether the lid has to be airtight.
4. Artwork
AI, PDF or PSD if you have it. If you do not, send a sketch or a reference image — our eight designers will lay it out and send a 3D proof.
5. Destination and deadline
Port or door address, and the date you need stock on the shelf. Standard production is 25–30 days; rush orders run 15–20.
