Before You Write
Five details for a more accurate quotation
Many initial enquiries simply ask for a tin box price. Providing the following details helps us prepare a useful quotation without unnecessary follow-up.
1. Size and shape
Length, width and height in millimetres, or the volume you need to hold. A photo or a link to something similar works just as well.
2. Quantity
Your first order and likely annual volume. Custom-printed tins start from 3,000 pieces; ready-to-ship stock tins start from 200 pieces and normally ship in 3–7 days.
3. What goes inside
Food, candles, cosmetics or hardware. This decides the interior lacquer, the certification you need, and whether the lid has to be airtight.
4. Artwork
AI, PDF or PSD if you have it. If you do not, send a sketch or a reference image — our eight designers will lay it out and send a 3D proof.
5. Destination and deadline
Port or door address, and the date you need stock on the shelf. Standard production is 25–30 days; rush orders run 15–20.
