About Xinhao Packaging
A tinplate packaging factory, and the trading team that speaks your language
Shenzhen Xinhao Eco-Packaging handles design, quality control and export. Dongguan Xilou Packaging — our own production base, under the same ownership — has been making tinplate boxes for more than ten years. You deal with one team, and your order is made in our own plant.
Who We Are
Two companies, one owner, one accountable chain
Most buyers sourcing from China end up somewhere between a trading company that cannot control the line and a factory that cannot answer an email. We are deliberately both.
Dongguan Xilou Packaging runs the presses, the coating line and the tooling shop. Shenzhen Xinhao Eco-Packaging runs artwork, colour approval, inspection and shipping. Same ownership, so when something needs to change on the line, it changes — there is no third party to negotiate with.
The plant has passed an on-site audit by TÜV Rheinland Germany, and holds ISO 9001 covering design, production, inspection and dispatch.

Capacity
Built for peak season, not just sample orders
Christmas, Ramadan and Easter all compress packaging demand into a few weeks. The plant is sized so that a seasonal spike does not push your order to the back of the queue.
20 million tins a year
Peak monthly output reaches 2 million units, which is what lets us take on holiday gift-box programmes without renegotiating your delivery date.
300 presses, 30+ lines
More than 30 automated production lines at roughly 85% automation, so unit-to-unit consistency holds across a long run.
20 offset printers
Four-colour offset presses including Heidelberg, printing around 50 million sheets a year, plus screen printing, foil stamping and spot UV.
Where We Ship
Most of what we make leaves China
Our order book is concentrated in markets with strict food-contact rules and demanding retail buyers, which is why compliance paperwork is routine rather than an exception.
North America & Europe
The United States is our largest single market at around 40% of exports, the UK about 15%, and the rest of the EU another 15%. FDA 21 CFR and LFGB reports are on file for food-contact lines.
Middle East, Australia & Canada
Saudi Arabia and the UAE together account for roughly 20%, with Australia and Canada near 10%. Ramadan and Eid gift packaging is a regular part of our production calendar.

Materials & Compliance
What your tin is actually made of
Every batch is traceable back to the mill. If your customs broker or your retail buyer asks for documentation, we have it.
| Tinplate | 0.17–0.35mm, grade-one plate from Baosteel and Shougang. Mill certificates available for every batch; imported plate on request for critical projects. |

| Incoming inspection | 100% checked for thickness (±0.01mm), hardness (T2–T4) and surface defects. Oil, rust or oxidation means the whole batch goes back to the mill. |
| Interior coating | Food-grade gold or clear lacquer, 100% BPA-free, applied on our own in-house coating line. SGS, FDA and LFGB reports available. |
| Exterior finishes | Gloss, matt, soft-touch, pearlescent and brushed-metal, plus foil stamping, spot UV, embossing and debossing. |
| Colour control | Pantone matching under a D65 light box. Digital proofs to ΔE ≤ 2.0, mass production to ΔE ≤ 3.0. |
| Testing | 1-metre drop test onto concrete, six faces. Food-contact batches sent to SGS for overall migration, heavy metals and BPA. |

ISO 9001 (valid to December 2027), TÜV Rheinland on-site factory audit, FDA 21 CFR food-contact coating, LFGB via SGS, plus RoHS and REACH SVHC declarations. Copies go out with your shipment or ahead of it — just ask.
